Youth and Adult Recreational Hockey

What is Rec Hockey?

Rec Hockey leagues are designed for players of all ages and skill levels ranging from beginners to adults. Our leagues provide an opportunity for players to learn the fundamentals of inline hockey through a series of introductory practices followed by weekly games.
All aspects of each league will be run by a qualified team of in-house professionals with a wealth of experience in coaching and teaching the game of hockey. Our coaches strive to provide a positive environment for players not only to experience the tremendous health and cardiovascular benefits of inline hockey, but to develop their skills as well.
No matter what age group or skill level, we emphasize the importance of having FUN every time you come to the rink!
